Annual Fund

We partner with your organization's staff leadership and board to assess your needs and strengths while learning more about your organization's purpose and audiences. Based on this assessment, we create a roadmap for annual fundraising that will help you become more mission-centric in "making the ask," strengthen your tools and engage your most valuable ambassadors. Fueled by ongoing coaching and hands-on technical support, this roadmap has led many organizations to achieve powerful results and establish strong major gift programs. 

Capital/Endowment Campaign

Our approach is often sought for capital/endowment campaigns as well. Through focused planning and volunteer recruitment, we create campaigns that do more with less. We'll help you answer the big questions, such as: Will the community support this effort? How much can we expect to raise from individuals, Foundations and/or businesses? Where should we seek funding? How long will it take?

We'll also help you get more mileage out of passionate volunteers, inviting key advocates to help craft long-term partnerships with major donors. These partnerships are based on giving opportunities that are true to your organization's vision but reflective of each donor's personal interests. It's a way of engaging donors that often leads to more substantial gifts and transitions naturally to your annual fundraising program. Donors enjoy this approach because they establish a stronger connection to work they care about. Organizations love it because it's a more streamlined way to reach supporters and raise critical funds. 
 
The process for capital/endowment campaigns typically takes 18 to 24 months, and our team works with your board, campaign and organizational leadership through every step, providing everything from feasibility studies and planning to training and troubleshooting.
